In consultation with you, a comprehensive end-of-line test is included in our services.
Development support & advice
Within the framework of electronics integration we accompany you from the original idea to the procurement of all components up to the complete mounting of your module.
Every project starts with a detailed concept phase in which we provide comprehensive advice and then the tasks, requirements and workload.
Manufacturing / Assembly
You‘ve developed a great idea for a new electronic product – but you need support with the optimal design of your electronic module? Then you should talk to us! Our electronics specialists accompany you We advise and support you in the technological development, production optimisation and mounting of your electronic product.
Electronic completion/system integration
We will be happy to take over the mounting of:
Electronic components in the enclosure
Touch screens / display units
Threaded bushings, bolts and conductive seals
Membrane keypads and decor foils
Cable glands. On request we can supply suitable outer packaging for your application
Function test
The final test of the modules with a function and end test is carried out by qualified specialist personnel. The standard processes and systems include:
automatic X-ray (AXI) and optical control systems (AOI),
traceability systems using an Nd:YaG laser,
testing with a GenRad in-circuit tester and the Dr. Eschke test system among others
